The Research Dashboard is designed to allow the PI to view the status of their research grant proposals including position in workflow and financials via a simple to use web interface. The application is Raven-protected and will identify the user permissions as soon as they are authenticated, before presenting them with a filtered view of the Projects that they are allowed to view. Cambridge University provides these services subject to the University Terms and Conditions statement.

If you contact us for support and grant permission we may be-able to see information about your activity and grant status on the website, this could include the content from grant proposals and any files that you upload. When contacting support please inform them if there are grant proposals or other uploaded files that should not be viewed for example if they include sensitive data.

We pass your username and email address to our suppliers Intercom and Segment so that we can send you relevant emails about the Dashboard depending on your use of it. We do this in a way that preserves the confidentiality and security of the information.
